    Which month has the highest turnover/demand to begin a dock slip lease in South Florida? Beginning of snowbird season November 1 or 15? Beginning of hurricane season if the marina is inland up a canal and protected from hurricanes? What time period do most boaters want? Yearly, 6 months, monthly, weekly, nightly?
