It probably is not coincidence that they are both berthed next to each other.

On a side note, "ACE" and "Garcon 4 ACE" arrived back in ANU this morning.

I got a glimpse of Elandess, anchored of Hawksbill Beach on the west coast.....it was a bit distant, so the pic isn't very clear.

Interesting flag "Nahlin" is flying from her bow. Interesting because I am seeing a white border around the British jack itself. Is that normal?

Yacht News, you're really paying attention to these fine details....I didn't even recognized that. That's new to me as well, never seen it before.

Maybe they're trying to preserve the traditional look....

Yeah it looks really odd! Any one here that is really big on flag history and etiquette?

It would appear there is controvery regarding the white borded Union Jack (the "Pilot Jack") going back to the 1800s.

Controversy about the legality of the white-bordered union jack

"Garcon 4 ACE"eft ANU this morning...interestingly she isn't sailing south to meet up with her mothership, which is in Grenada.

Yea that puzzled me when I saw it.....Garcon is in the region of USVI/BVI and Ace is still in Grenada.

But they DO NOT have to be together all the time, both yachts are very capable of sustaining themselves. I guess it was more a thing of making a statement and showing off.
