    Also, find out what everyone else is charging. Do not cut price, yacht owners only think you're cheaper because you're not as good and it will only piss off your competition. Find out what they are charging. Best bet is to spend some time with the dockmaster of each marina, they are usually a new yacht owners and a transients first stop to ask about where to find service. Offer them an incentive.

    Capt J, my thoughts exactly ... that's how I've always worked, never the lowest price, but always aiming to be the best. I'm already starting to talk to dock masters and marine personnel.
