Rising Sun has left Lurssen after her refit.
Also they launched the hull of project Bellisimo and
I heard that Ice had a refit at the Lurssen Yard at the same time..

AIS says she lies next to Abeking & Rasmussen. Don't know it's a Lürssen Facility or not. Maybe ex Bremer Vulkan? I will look at Friday evening there.

    Hi,

I have just been told RS is due to depart tomorrow.

Justus, As you seem to have a source of info as to what is going on around the German Yards would you care to tell us what went on in way of a fatal accident last week at Lurssens in Rendsburg?

Mhm which accident do you mean?
I only know the accident where a ship hit the drydock
    of Lurssen Lemwerder , Bremen.

    Hi,

In Post 142 you state you heard things about the goings on in the yard, I assumed maybe your contact could tell you more about the guy who fell off a mast and got splattered on the deck in Rendsburg last week.

What you mean there are no visible changes like colour? When RS mast base and telcom/satcom 'balls' were painted grey as the mast from the original white and the aft deck overhangs have been lengthened and possibly slightly redesigned.

    This photo illustrates...

I think he looked at shipspotting and saw a photo of her and didn't look at the date.

    Hi,

It might be a local phenomenon as it loads fine for me.

It shows RS Portside to on the Vegesack side of the Weser just north of the Floating Dock at Lurssens.

I think as K!W! said it might be a local problem in your area because, it's showing for them and myself...and lots of other people usually see them.
