A relatively recent video of "CRESCENT".
Crescent is delivered and arrived in Kristiansand for tax reasons yesterday.
Delivery of the year in my opinion, most impressive yacht I've seen in years. Congrats to all involved. Here is hoping she doesn't become a marina queen and gets photographed all over the world.
I agree with what you said and the fact she is pictured all over the world instead of sitting in a marina forever. Love the overall design and the middle glass section.
Crescent (?) left Kristiansand and arrived in Hamburg two days ago, with her AIS name stated as 'Project Thunder'. Weird.
I heard from various sources that she's getting a repaint again....
Meaning she was not delivered yet?
Crescent/Thunder is back in the drydock with scaffolding around her.
Anything new on her? I thought she was delivered?
Sounds like she is having some issues.
I find it very interesting that a yacht that most in the industry think the most significant delivery since Dilbar, garners so little attention, or maybe the superyacht deliveries are so much more common that the yacht enthusiasts like us got lazy What seems to be the issue with her?
That's unfortunate. Hopefully the issues are solved quick!
Especially the Lurssen new build fleet can be confusing nowadays. For example: Thunder, Shu, lightning, Sassi (rip). All yachts around the 140 meters.
I absolutely love her but I think that since she hasn’t really sailed around yet, she is flying under the radar.
I couldn't have said it better! I believe she will gain more attention once she is cruising around.
Any news on her?
Still covered in a dry dock at Lürssen (Blohm & Voss) in Hamburg.
I am really wondering why it takes so long for her and Project shu to be delivered.
Change requests from the owners... but the delivery of Shu is imminent
Repaint it seems for Thunder
