   Last Year I had my 33 ft carver in a slip for 349.00 per month. this year same marina they want 490.00 my carver is listed as a 33 ft boat but I 39 ft overall.
   this is the least expensive slip I have found in Wilmington , going south to Cabrillo and Long Beach they are asking $750.00 per month

   That’s a bargain... $30 to $35 a foot per month with a annual contract is the going rate in SoFl
