Is This A New Yacht?

I was going through the Damen website and came across a number of Amels yachts that they have worked on. However, i saw one that is listed as Project 446. They said it is 'under construction' but i am actually a bit confussed. I'm wondering if it is a named yacht that is sailing and exists or if it is actually in build and hasn't been launched as yet. Her particulars are:
