    Hello everyone, im interested in Hybrid Catamaran yachts.
    So I trying to find information on Pros/Cons of using Hybrid comparing to the Diesel engine, which is better in 2021?

    Diesel or gas engines to power electric motors is old news. They've been using them on trains and earthmoving equpment for more than 40 yrs.

    A real electic powered motor uses only solar or wind for the batteries to operate the motor. Look for an AfriCat - "Green Motion" to get an idea of what it involves.

    Option is CNG/LNG tho for your purposes CNG would probably work better

    Yes, I was thinking about Hybrid system ( Electric engine + Diesel engine + Batteries + Solar Panels)
