My baby is in threat of being stolen, and salvaged. There were only 6 43 ft Roamers made with the aft cabin in 1961 and I have heard there are only 4 or 5 left. The marina where I bought this boat is trying to steal and salvage this boat because they can. Even though they verbally agreed to honor the pre paid slip fees till next spring, now that winter is here they are trying to take it from me. They have advertised it for sale and I have been diagnosed with cancer and can't afford to move it now. I have 20k invested and it's value is almost ten times that. I'm desperate to stop them from destroying one of the few remaining unique Chris craft models left. They refuse to allow me on the property, they refuse to have their mechanic put the new gas tank in, or let anyone else do it on their property. They have contacted the only tow boat within 50 miles and he wants to charge me 8k to tow it to another marina 40 miles away. I could have it running in a day or two if I could be allowed to work on it. I am desperate to stop them so I will consider selling it for less than 9k just to have something to start the goal of getting another boat in the future. I am down to days or weeks, I'm not sure. Contact me with any offers
