This is the second in the 50-meter steel displacement line for Heesen, the first was "Omaha". 12 knots is her cruising speed and 3,800 nautical miles is her range. The Clifford Denn exterior takes cues from the automotive world in the early to mid century. The interior is by Reymond Langton with cool, light pastel shades. 12 guests in 5 cabins so there must be pullman berths. There is a jacuzzi on the forward sun deck, on the lower aft deck is a beach club. Tender storage is on the bow forward of the bridge where two tenders and a PWC can be stowed. Launching is early December with delivery in early February.

"Arkadia" is her name and she was seen as recent as yesterday in the North Sea canal bound for Royal Huisman. Seems to be the same owner that had the SanLorenzo named "Arkadia"...it is the same font as the SL.

Another few years a decade at most, only professional photographers/editors will be able to distinguish a render from the real thing. It's really amazing the progress they've made in the last 5-years alone.

Actually at present, there are some that are VERY deceiving, you have to scrutinize so deeply and hard to notice some unnatural aspects but the software is definitely there so in the future as it becomes even better the line between render and reality will be further greyed.
