Hakvoort 61-meter Project 'Golden Age' Progressing Well
Dutch builder Hakvoort Yachts is working on its largest build to date, the 61-meter superyacht called 'Golden Age'. The yacht will be a land-mark build for this Netherland's based company. Sinot Yacht Design have taken care of the exterior design as well as the interior onboard Project Golden Age while Diana Yacht Design is the Naval Architect. The four deck yacht boasts a number of highlights for the owner and their guests. The owner is benefiting by having an entire deck for themselves on the upper deck. They get a 180-degree panoramic view from the wrap-around glazing at the fore. They also have plush seating and relaxing area on deck with a jacuzzi on the fore deck just forward of their master suite. The next lavish suite onboard is the VIP suite and that is on the main deck. In total, Golden Age provides accommodation for fourteen guests. Construction is progressing well with the project being overseen by ***** Yacht and Ship. Launching for the 61-meter superyacht is anticipated for 2015. Onboard are dual 3512C marine diesels to power her to a top-end speed 15.5-knots. There are a number of other features for the guests to take advantage of while onboard. The sundeck hosts an 8-meter swimming pool, sure to be a nice cool-off spot. There is a steam room as well as a purpose-built massage area. 2015 is the year to look out for this land-mark superyacht from the once pocket-yacht builder Hakvoort.
