There is still hope for mankind. We have friends out there. A wild Orang-Utan offering help to a man in the water. Even if it is a fake, a great picture. Where is the border between this animal and a human ?

Good story behind it, too. The man is a warden clearing the area of poisonous snakes in an Orangutan rescue center. He climbs out on his own away from the Orangutan.

I'm guessing the warden is still trying to keep some separation up from the animals and had to crawl out on his own.
Hope the Orang did not get to upset that his/her hand was not accepted. I would have taken it and shared something back.
My kats know more about my hip than I do, know rite where to lay at night in place of a heating pad.
Orang's, Kats, dawgs and many other critters know more about things than they are telling .

Early parts of my life, I felt it was compassion that separated Man from the wild. Stupid thought.
Now days I feel that Darwin did not recognize the correct observation of humans, Later Man.
We are the freaks of nature. The rest of the world is at peace.
If I was looking down on this globe, I'd throw meteors at it and flood it to get rid of the freaks also.

If you can sail here you're good most anywhere.

Nice VIDEO of a train T-boning a trailer yacht. Maybe some wizard can peel it out of the source and re-post? Access won't last long, I suspect.

It happened in Norway, yesterday or today.
3 crew and 4 pax on the train, nobody got injured.
Extensive damage to the tracks, probably closed for 2 days.
Cause is under investigation, but my 5 cents is that the truck stalled out at the wrong time. (Perhaps icy road and he didn’t have enough traction to pull the heavy boat across.)

Yeah, my pleasure: The language is so easy that even the little kids in Norway speak it.

Close, but no cigar: The Norwegians don’t get excited easy, the bystander said:
Uffda, guess the train will be a wee bit late today Sven?
Sven said: Yeah, no drama, let’s go drink a beer.

If it was a low boy trailer he may have bottomed out on the raised tracks and got stuck there. The tractor looks like its across

I guess the truck driver's insurance no-claims bonus is gone forever! Glad everyone was okay.
