I have an Alfa Laval fuel polisher that was disconnected on a boat I purchased. It polished while transferring between 3 tanks and a cockpit hookup for bladders. I'm trying to get it serviced/cleaned in South Florida but have had a hard time finding anyone to work on it. The 2 guys who have come out are both unfamiliar with the Alfa Laval system and recommended replacing with a Racor polishing system. Does anyone know of a company familiar with the Alfa Laval polishers or do you think I should abandon it for a simpler, Racor style polishing system?

Someone recommended Ingram Engineering in FTL but I haven’t used them yet. About 5 years ago I used another guy, I think his name was Terry, but it took him like 2 months to do the job I would not replace the Alfa Laval with Racors as it is a much superior polishing system.
You do realize their headquarters are in Miramar,FL right? 954-435-5999. I do think Ingham marine works on them but not certain. I also would NOT take out alfa laval to put racor. The other thing is you're going to need to learn how to calibrate the specific gravity of the fuel to the machine. So be there when they service it.
I don’t do any calibration. The only adjustment is the pressure regulator, maybe that’s what you mean by calibrating ? it s a bit odd the first time you use it when you have to add water at the top to create a seal
If you learn how to properly maintain (clean the plates) an alpha Laval is the best tool for the job of polishing fuel. If you're not going to spend the time cleaning, you may be better served by a Racor setup or a coalescing filter system.
