    Wow! Nice tour indeed Carl!

I'd love to be able to just take a cruise up river to spot half as many yachts as you get to see over there. However, i'd probably end up having a fit of excitment! :p

    Keep it comin' i say!

    17. Private Lives, built in 2003 by RMK Marine, Turkey. Her length is 36.8m and she has a sister named Jasmin.

You didn't ask but the one behind Midlandia is Oceanfast's Perfect Prescription, great yacht!

Again you did not ask, but I just love to show off....

The one behind that big Silver Cloud, seems to be a charming Ferretti Custom Line Navetta 30...

It was all in fun Rene. ;)

We ALL know which boats these were, but I do the cruises for members and viewers who don't live near Lauderdale and might enjoy a "virtual" tour.

Truth is, I learn alot from you guys when I "take you along". For instance, I was not familiar with the RMK "Private Lives" that ************ identified. :)

Basically, it's just more fun when we all cruise along together. I hope you guys enjoy these cruises...

You also found Braveheart, one of the rare Swedeship built yachts. Originally Jefferson Beach and then a little remodelled as Braveheart.

Avante IV had when she was Wedge One, two swedish captains, which is not so rare except they were among the first to share this job on a yacht.

Carl, are the docks in florida open to spotters or are the pretty inaccessible?

Yes Maarten, but she's recently renamed Fortunate Sun.

Thankfully, they are completely open. :)

The only area of restricted access now is Port Everglades. Traffic is not allowed to veer out of the channel, or you will be met by a non-welcoming committee. ;)

This past year, Alpha IV was docked inside the Port, waiting to be berthed at Bahia Mar for the FLIBS Show. I slowed down in the channel to take pictures and was immediately approached by the Coast Guard and told that NO pictures are allowed.
