    As long as there is any inflation there will be increasing prices. That's by definition. Maybe you mean that inflation being down to 2.7%, prices aren't increasing as fast as when inflation was 9% in mid-2022; but prices are still increasing. The high price of eggs was caused by a shortage of eggs caused by the bird flu, not inflation.
