The area houses a new plant, namely one of the largest and most advanced 5 axis milling machines in Europe, which will be used to build the wooden models for all the Group’s new yachts. The new structure, the sheer size of which will enable engineers to mill models for boat hulls of up to 30 metres in length, is equipped with technologically innovative devices able to satisfy the rising demand for both new models and increasingly more complex shapes received from the various Group brands.

The over 4 million Euro investment the Ferretti Group has made testifies both its commitment to strengthening its presence on the Forlì territory, and its awareness of the importance of R&D and new technology and design solutions. This once again confirms the level of technical excellence the Group has achieved on the international nautical market. Its 80 specialized engineers make it one of the most advanced research and design centres in the world today.
