This 122 foot express yacht has been in the making for sometime. Sleek lines combined with easy flow make for an aesthetically pleasing exterior. Built by Eurocraft shipyards in Italy, the vessel was delivered in time to make a public appearance at the just concluded 2008 Antibes Yacht Show (April 17-20). The name of the vessel is the Madhuri.

The Madhuri is a fast looking design and in effect, she is fast in reality. She has a maximum speed of about 31 knots and cruises at about 25 to 26 knots. To facilitate these speeds, Eurocraft says she has 2 X MTU 2,000 M93 marine engines.

The Eurocraft Madhuri is 37M long or just about 122 feet. She has an impressive overall beam of 7.60 M, that is 25 feet of beamy room! The vessel also features a unique colour with a mid-tone metallic tan on the near portholeless hull and a off white type coloured superstructure.

The Madhuri may have a semi-futuristic and fast exterior design but this fact may mislead you into thinking the interior is of lofty NewYork modern styling. If the name Madhuri is anything to go by an Indian inspired internal affair may abound.

The fact is she has a semi-classic interior with reds and tassled furniture-treatments. Windows are treated with venetian blind works. This then matches with the midtoned wooden wall paneling and bright scones.

There is a mid-sized open deck on the top, a main deck which comprises the saloon and the bridge and a below deck with the accommodations.
