Any word on the sale going through? What (if anything) does this change for yacht shipment? Have the people changed at DYT changed after the sale (assuming it went thorough?) I didnt fully understand from the previous post/notice whether the ppl were supposed to stay on the Yacht Transport operation, or whether the employees would stay at the mother company. Thanks!
From the press release I read, it sounds like they are going to keep DYT running the way it has been. Seems like they want to expand the markets to be served. I'm wondering though that when COBY Enterprises takes over, they could open more markets in the US, since they are HQ'ed in New York. Since DYT is the leader in yacht transportation, you would think they wouldn't want to disturb the operation too much, unless to expand.
