    Does anybody know why the R-58 is no longer produced? I see they still market the express design, but not the convertible.

    Was there any particular reason, and is anybody familiar with the 58? Its hard to find any good information, line drawings or interior shots.

    No movement in that market segment, that's why theyre only building larger convertibles.

    I don't think Bob R. builds boats with hopes to sell- he builds them with a somewhat firm order would be my guess. Since they don't build huge numbers of any of the lengths saying they are out of production is not really the case- if you want one I'm sure Bob will build one for you!
