Detroit Diesel 12V71 governor problem

    Hello

    On DD 12V71 marine engine governor ( limiting governor - double weight ) there is problem that during moving throttle operation lever on top of the governor and increasing rpm from idling there is nothing going on for abouit 15 degrees of lever movement. After that rpms start to increase.

    On second engine this sort of "gap" of 15 degrees doesnt existis. We where checking this on disconnected control levers from bridge.

    Any suggestions.
