Better question.... why not pose this in the Broward forum? This thread has been moved to the same. You would find the answer if you bothered to look. Please use the search button before starting new threads.

I was suspect you were in the business and now I've confirmed the same. Let's understand something... YF was NOT established for you to conduct market research. If you have something to contribute, or you have a question that hasn't been asked multiple times, then by all means post a new thread. But posting questions without conducting a search is disrespectful of other members, who take time out from their schedules to help people with a genuine interest in the passion we share. Read: not those with vested interests!

And finally, posing questions "like a buyer"... when in fact you work in a brokerage capacity... is FRAUD! Not only do we frown on this conduct, we expose it.
