Quick read in Architectural Digest this month (Dec. issue) about Feadship which featured their F45 series. Some interesting bits about design, and the approach they have taken with this specific hull / model which allows for mild customization, or complete customization from the hull up. One point that caught my eye and I read with interest was their removal of the formal dining room and essentially using the rear of the salon area as a casual dining / salon area, thereby maximizing main deck space. The question was asked: How many times do you eat inside when you're on your boat? Couple of other interesting points as well. Fun read if you're interested. Link to article: Article features the Fedship "Harle" which has some great shots of it as well.
