    My 46 Post has a 3/8 chain rode to 5/8 brain line and maxwell windlass. I need to change out the roller, but unsure which direction to go.

    I’m using a 44 lbs Delta and it sets well, however I’m getting a bit of chipping of the gel coat in the area the anchor/swivel/chain come up when misaligned and the anchor isn’t in proper position- never had that issue with just a rope anchor rode.

    Not sure if I should just change out the roller or get a little more creative with something hinged.

    What do you have for a set up and do you ever have alignment problems. What do you recommend?
