    Hi there,
    Anybody have any firsthand experience of how far along the new Marina is in Nassau?
    I understand that Bellingham finished their first phase of slips, and the channel and basin are dredged but I wonder if there are any shoreside facilities yet, if there is power and water in the slips, if there is constant construction around etc.
    Appreciate anything anyone can offer, thanks.

    Haven't heard about that marina. Can you provide me with some details? Is it like a whole resort or just a marina? Where is it located?
