40M M/y Streamline by MondoMarine

    The Italian yard of Mondomarine, famous for building yachts such as the O'ceanos and the Kimberly II has launched the m/y Streamline at least i think that is what she is called. At 40M she isn't very big but big is not every thing in this industry has to be big to be called a yacht with class.

    She has a maximum speed of just over 20 knots and a failrly large range if she at less than 14 knots. She will be able to accomodate 10 guests comfortably in no doubt, earned luxury. Her appearence in terms of colour is a letdown, at least for me. It is a dull off-white, maybe a two-tone would have done her better. Exterior styling was done by Cor D. Rover and the interior design by Frederic Mechiche as well as Luca Dini.

    Overall, it can be said they did a pretty good job with the design. They should be commended but i still do not like the colour she is in. For more on other projects from this manufacturer please visit their website at:

    The first "Streamline" seems to be back at MondoMarine mostlikely being prepared for sale?
