Lee Taubenek from Crescent Yachts came all the way from British Columbia to debut the model of their new 144', currently in-build. Lee previously ran Westport's 164' division, before heading up Crescent/Queenship to focus on custom yacht production.

Crescent's new 144' model, built by Gary Isaksen, arrived just in time for the show opening...

The Electronics Tent was buzzing with excitement as the whir of radar antennas and sat dishes created an electrifying atmosphere. Vendors of all shapes and sizes were displaying their wares of things that you possibly couldn’t live without. KVH has antennas that will fit any size vessel and keep you tuned in.

While boats are the stars of the show, we saw the star of his own show, John Greviskis from Ship-Shape TV.

Raymarine seemed to have more maroon shirts in their booth than products, showing they were prepared for the barrage of consumer electronic questions to come.

Exiting the electronics tent, we headed for the face dock. First up... Trinity’s "Blind Date". If you were to get set-up on the same with John Dane's daughter; Sally (who is now married fellas!), make the date! She's as smart as she is beautiful.

Lazzara had their new LSX75-Fly on display, sporting a maroon hull that matched the Lazzara Show Display (LSD). We're guessing they used the leftover paint from the LSD to paint the boat? Hey, times are tough. Can't let anything go to waste!

Another Trinity is "Wheels". Think of a way to re-invent it and this could be your boat too.

    Here's something you don't see everyday... a center-line staircase.

This picture of Noble House is significant because it's about the only side shot to be found at the show. Otherwise, you're looking at rear ends.

Would somebody buy Mostro already...? It keeps taking-up slip space at boat shows.
