A few shots of some of the bigger vessels at FLIBS. Notice another stormy day in South FLA.

    #1 - Kismet
    #2 - Evviva
    #3 - Princess Mariana
    #4 - Shadow Allure

The first three are super looking yachts.
  3. I am sure that besides Loren, Judy, and myself there will be other YF'ers working the show and will have a hard time getting to the Bahia Mar Lobby Bar.

I do not want to bend Carl's rule about "promoting my business", but it is nice to put some faces with the names here, and maybe some of the people who are working the show can post our locations during the show.

    Just a reminder...

If you’re attending FLIBS this week, YachtForums members are getting together at the Bahia Mar Hotel Pool Bar (on the outside upper deck) on Thursday, October 25th from 3:00-4:00 PM. Look for the “YF Porthole” and come join us!

I think it it a great idea to be able to locate other members booths during the show. I will be there saturday and sunday.

    raining start?

It looks like show will start tomorrow in T-Showers according to forecast. I still remember the messy morning last year. It almost made boarding impossible.

I am leaving tonight for the show!! I am not sure what to expect exactly, but do you get to go on any of the boats/yachts? Are there any boats/yachts that cannot be seen except for "VIP's"? I am just a little curious as to what it is like. Any information is welcome. Thank you!

Thanks to all the YF members who took the time to trek all the way up to our outpost at the north end for a visit.
A special thanks to GrahamF for going out of his way to demo his amazing glass treatment on the Curt C.
And a very special thanks to Carl C for playing dockmaster as we made a quick and early exit from the show! Sorry that I forgot to give the guys a $20 for your tip. :D

Here's a shot of Kenny B. bailing-out of Bahia Mar just before the end of the show. Kudo's to Ken and his crew for the impeccable condition they keep Curt-C in... and for being such gracious hosts.

Carl- you're not driving a Bimmer these days, are you? :D

Randy- the view of the procession from the 24th floor was spectacular. I barely got any work done as a result. Unfortunately, I forgot my VHF and binoculars on the boat.

Big thanks to Ken and his crew for giving us a great tour of the Curt-C.
