Image Verification is active. Fortunately, most bots are initially benign. They return to plant there seeds at a later date, promoting everything from Viagra to porn. And they don't plant a single seed... they plant dozens in one fell swoop. This is why forums that have a ton of bots (as members) are subject to server flooding. Most forum admins are unaware of the potential problem so they keep the bots (again, as members), because it makes their member base look larger. I've been very diligent at removing bots. It's part of my daily routine. There *might* be couple that slipped through the cracks, but I'd be willing to bet big bucks you would not find more than 2-3 in our member list. I've kept our member base as pure as possible. Lots of reasons for this, but best not to discuss.
