The remote controller has deteriorated, I would expect from weather or Sunscreen. The remote works but you can&#039;t read the functions. Lucky it came with a Laminated cheat sheet. Air compressor runs fine and builds pressure in the tank but once the tank outlet valve is open, pressure drops and never builds again. This boat has both units mounter in the engine room on a bracket which is bolted into the bulkhead of the master suite forward of the starboard  Cat engines.<br />
So when the compressors do their thing the noise of the compressors charging up and then discharging on the down cycles (best description I can give of their function) not...<br />

On a sea trial, I noticed the boat ran a little &quot;heavy&quot; on the stern and the water spray from the stern was running well above the water line when underway. Also has a manual switch mounted below it and when turned on makes a clicking sound.  Seems like a lot if only to top off Racor fuel filters when changing ?<br />

Were back from a six week deployment. We leaped froged down the Florida coast to Elliot Key and back.<br />
All while dragging our 17’ Mako.<br />
The weather stayed tolerable and all offshore. Gad we hate the ditch.<br />

I am experiencing very bumpy/lumpy steering as well as hard to turnover. In your opinion is this a system bleeding issue or something with seals in the helm or cylinder itself. I see no noticeable leaks.<br />

Thankfully, no one was hurt and the dinghy only fell about a foot. But very scary situation that could have been very damaging or even deadly in a different scenario.<br />

Prior to the trip it shut off on HI PS and you could restart it and it would last up to 30 minutes then trip off on HI PS again.  So we flushed the unit and all was fine for 2 days. I’m told that when connected to a 3 phase shore outlet, a boost function is needed in order for it to provide correct voltage on the 120v legs.  My 53 has a dual voltage system, with 12 volt C series Cummins  and 24 volt house system. Reason being that Cummins was charging an extra $1500 per engine to upgrade to 24 v when I repowered… <br />

Carling switch,  single pole double throw with indicator light. No off position.  24 volt system. Load disconnected from the switch.  <br />

Switch OFF, indicator light OFF, I get 0 volt on pin A and 24 volt on pin B<br />

It seemed to flush fine at first but after several successful “liquid” flushes, it won’t flush “solids”<br />
