Hi all, hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

Looking to paint, plate or otherwise refinish my covers this winter while they are off for other service. Mine are chrome, and the finish is in rough shape. I know this is a typical issue with this vintage and have seen discussion about options in the past but now cant seem to locate.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
