I think you may have better luck contacting them next week or so. We're dealing with a builder not even as far north as Genoa and normal communication was very limited until the past week. Even then, we had communication only because we had direct emails and direct lines to individuals within the company. Getting everyone back in place and functioning is just now happening. Contacting US companies has been hit and miss even.

It took me a while, but eventually I managed to find the whereabouts of the right person at Motronica who might be able to help you.
Actually, he already anticipated me by phone that in principle they developed that package (HW+SW) specifically for Azimut, and any support request should be addressed to them.
But over the phone, he came across as very kind and willing to help as much as he can.
I'd rather not use the forum PM system, but if you send me an email at the address made by my username followed by '@yahoo.com', I will give you all the details.
    Good luck.

Peter. I have the same system on my 2009 62s. The readings are so inconsistent I’m unwilling to trust them. Did you have any success is resolving or updating your system? Please advise. Thank you

Explain exactly what issues you are having with the system so I may understand better.

Hi, it’s been a year since last post. I too have a 62s that’s having problems with the motronica system, specifically tank levels(3). Any help how to rectify, who to turn to? Would be most welcome, boat in Oz, thanks,

As you might have read in the previous posts, I traced the whereabouts of the Motronica person in Genoa who developed the system for Azimut.
I spoke with him over the phone, and he explained me that any support should be provided by the Azimut dealers network, but when I told him that Peter was struggling to get any help in the US, he kindly offered to see if there was anything they could do.
So, since you are down under, I guess that all the more this should stand true also for yourself.

OTOH, I'm afraid that after I sent his email and phone number details to Peter, he never reverted confirming if he had any success in solving his problem.
In fact, his posts in this thread more than 2 years ago were his last.

Hopefully, that's because he solved everything and he's now busy enjoying his boat... :)
...but I can neither confirm if he actually got in touch with this chap at Motronica, nor if he got any useful help.

Anyway, if you want to give it a shot, just give me a mailbox where I can send you all the details, and I will.
