Good find, saved and backup already. Comparing Nirvana's GAs with Quattroelle's, she seems to be lacking a lot more space. It always seems that Lurssen manages to get a lot of space within the same length (see Phoenix2 as well). Still, she is a lot better than comparing her with Cakewalk..

Based on the link above it says that the Master suite does indeed have a separate study/ office and that the swimming pool is the largest aboard any Oceanco!....although I must say the one on Alfa Nero does seem larger.

I agree on everyone's comments on the ridiculous asking price. You could buy Anastasia for Euro 100m+ cheaper and refit it to your liking ( possibly even lengthen the stern to match Nirvana's length) and still have a lot of spare change left over.

Still too bloody expensive at $3.3mm a meter.....

The owner is now public knowledge on MT if you look at Nirvana's Vessel Details ( not sure if I can post the link? But you can find it easily). Also once you see who the owner is you will see his daughter's name is Anastasia .... Which should lay to rest any doubt that Nirvana and Anastasia have the same owner.

That so debated massage room does not exist in the actual vessel.

There is a massage room in the floorplans and it is very strangely located. We don't know if there are differences between those floorplans and reality, but better not if they want to sell it. And beyond the massage room, the layout is either very personal for the current owner or just not very well worked out.

In reality, it's just a sitting room. You can see it in the video of Nirvana and it is stated as that in a magazine feature. It is convertible into a massage room though. I was not a fan of the layout at first but now I like it. I just don't know why there are so many AC rooms. The layout is definitely a lot better than Y708.

On the price, Lady Christina, another Oceanco from 2005 and LOA 62 m., had an asking price of €65 million, reduced to €52.5 million, and was finally sold for €43.5 million. That was April this year.

Very nice brochure and interior! Great photography, but still have my doubts regarding her asking price....would be nice to know the true amount she will sell for.

I've seen these before but still believe she is grossly overpriced.

When I said you guys would raise the reasonable price on Nirvana, I never expected it to reach the exhorbitant asking price. The point is, for a given size the quality makes a big difference, even between boats from the same yard, so when we compare Nirvana, we need to factor its quality.

I think the equivalent comparison would be between the propertied price of a 101m Feadship at 200 million euro (as discussed in one of the Feadship threads) to this.
