Has anyone had the pleasure of working on the sliding salon door on an Ocean Sportfish? I need to remove the door locks. Any information on how to remove the looks or who made them is appreciated. I have a 1992 42'; from pictures online, it looks like all the salon doors where made the same on all 42, 46, 48' +/- 3-4 years.

Just to let you all know; I found the manufacture for the door locks: Adams Rite Manufacturing Co.
Now all I need to do is find out who made the door.

I assume you didn't find who made the door or track parts. Did you replace any of the rollers?

No luck on the track/roller parts. Still get a workout when I open and close the door.

Last Friday I bought 2 sealed bearings a little under 1" dia. and wasted about 3 hours total trying to make them work.
I just ordered some nylon rollers from ebay and Amazon. I'll let you know how I make out.

Had a flat roller situation years back with the salon door. Turned out HD had large selection of replacements so I bought several. One was exact but after the door became effortless to open-close it became critical to always latch it open or closed so I regretted the replacements each time a guest was either lazy or didn't remember.
