  1. Sunseeker 38' Hawk Center Console

After years of speculation and 2 years in development, Sunseeker has unveiled its resurrected new high-performance day boat, the Hawk 38 center console. Returning to their performance roots, Sunseeker's new trailer boat delivers a top speed of up to 70mph from a pair of Merc 400R's. Utilizing a narrow beam, multi-step hull to slice aquafirma, it's stabilized by inflatable Hypalon tubes that add considerable stability at rest or slow speeds.
  2. This narrow beam hull has exceptional turn-in ability, while offering the stability of a wider beam hull. Sunseeker's approach isn't unlike certain PWC manufacturers who's latest high performance craft feature a narrow entry hull for improved penetration, but with a wider section of the hull adding stability at rest or slower planing speeds.
  3. Many high performance deep-V's incorporate 2 large steps in the hull. Sunseeker has taken it one step further with 3 smaller steps. The result is less turbulence while still aerating the boundary layer. Because this is a low freeboard 38',Sunseker has molded a deflector into the bow. Should the bow attempt a stuff, this will help deflect water.
  4. The Hypalon inflatable tubes work like any other RIB, but likely offer less drag at higher planing speeds because of their reduced signature. Freeboard on the Hawk is minimal for a 38' boat, which means the cockpit may be a tad shallow for taller folks, but it reduces weight and drag. The foredeck features a sunbathing pad with elevated fixed headrests and an optional foredeck sail canopy.
  5. With a pair of Merc's latest bad boys bolted to the transom, the Hawk 38' can lay down 70 mph speeds in most ocean conditions. How? Just look at the beam on this boat! The aft facing u-shaped seating is centralized around a quick release carbon table that can be stowed in seconds. At the stern, there is a triple bench seat with the possibility for two drawer fridges located under.
  6. The helm station is centrally located, shielded by an integrated double-curvature ventilated glass screen and black carbon fiber hard top. The helm is fitted with a Simrad navigation system, consisting of the very latest 16-inch Evo 3 touch screen multifunction display with GPS and Wi-Fi capability.
  7. The Simrad screen gives access to the CZone® DC switching system to allow integrated control of all essential systems. Power-assisted steering is courtesy of the intelligent leather trimmed tilt steering wheel incorporating full control of the navigation system.
  8. The Hawk's smooth-running hull is supported by the addition of four racing seats with shock absorbing mitigation. Occupants can either sit or stand for optimal comfort and push the red levers forward to fully explore the limits of this boat’s performance.
