Admiral's Impero 40-meter line just got a boost with the announcement of the new sale of a unit in that class. The new semi-displacement yacht is designed by Luca Dini and will be sleeping her guests in a five cabin layout with the master forward on the main deck. Besides the master there is going to be a VIP-type cabin and three others between doubles and twins for the rest of the guests. There are provisions to sleep up to seven crew members onboard. Vantage Catamarans based in the UK is offering a new and finalized design for a 86-foot luxury performance catamaran simply called the Vantage 86. The yacht has a design by Nigel Irens and he said, “Vantage 86 has been a truly collaborative project from the initial concept right through the design process. After a year of interactive work between the design team, Green Marine and owner’s representative Synergy Yachting we have now reached the point where Green Marine can plan every detail of the build process. Although most yacht builders would advocate such an approach it is rarely achieved in practice and should result in a higher quality build – as well as a significant improvement in building efficiency and the weight of the finished yacht"...
Numarine 105HT Series Under Construction
Turkish builder Numarine is off to a decent start with its new 105HT (hardtop) series. The first hull is already well-underway in build with the hull itself already completed. The second unit has been sold as well and construction will start soon on that one. Naval Architecture is by Umberto Tagliavini while the rest of the design -exterior and interior- is in-house by Numarine's designer Can Yalman. As much speculation circulated as to the complete type of superyacht she will be, that was definitively confirmed when photos of three insanely large masts emerged from Magma Structures UK facilities.
