First Yacht Delivered Under New Canados Ownership
Italian yard Canados Yachts has delivered their first yachts since ownership changed at that facility. The yacht is a Canados 90 and was handed over to a customer in the Ibiza area. The Gladiator-line yacht is finished with a glittery gold-coloured hull and should make her fairly distinctive. Canados performance yachts are exactly that, packed with performance. This Gladiator has a top speed in the region of 48-knots and the delivery from the yard to Ibiza was done at a reported average speed of 40-knots...
Sunseeker 40-meter "Jacozami" Delivered To Owners
UK yacht builder Sunseeker has delivered the third Sunseeker 131 called "Jacozami". The near 40-meter luxury yacht is built on a semi displacement hull but she can sprint to as high as 25-knots. However, if range is the intended mission, Jacozami has to be throttled back to a continuous 10 to 12-knots to achieve her 1,500 nautical range. The Sunseeker 131 series started off with "ZoZo" and progressed with the second hull called "Take 5". A fourth yacht is presently under construction and expected to be launched before this year is done...

The Astonishing 156-meter Superyacht "Dilbar"
At 156-meters LOA the brand new "Dilbar" (formerly Project 'Omar') may not be the longest yacht in the world (that title still goes to another Lurssen, "Azzam" at 180-meters) but she certainly grabs the title for her sheer Gross Tonnage. This superyacht floats in at a staggering near 16,000 tonnes, 15,917 GT to be exact according to Lurssen. With a superyacht having such voluminous interiors, some of the features must be astounding! Some may wonder why there isn’t a large pool seen on the exterior decks...
First Open 92 SportFisher By Viking
The tenth Viking 92 Sportfisher model was launched last month and the series is now solidifying as a major model in the company's portfolio but this is also the first in that line to be launched and completed in 'Open' configuration. New Filippetti Navetta 26 In Build
The Filippetti company with their yard in Italy just announced that they have a new Filippetti Navetta 26 under construction. Italian based design studio Hot Lab is responsible for the exterior and interior design in collaboration with the yard. This hull will represent the second vessel in the new Navetta 26 line. Interior renderings are available for this second hull and it suggests that the interior is a mix of several styles but still keeping a contemporary theme. Beiges and Creams with dark accents dominate most areas of the interior. The leathers, lacquered surfaces, and original fabrics in neutral tones combine with the warm characteristics of American walnut, creating a striking color contrast. In the bathrooms, exquisite marble has been chosen, including Eramosa and Navona travertine...
First Numarine 32XP Hull Sold
Turkish yard Numarine has three models in their XP ('explorer') range, the 24XP, 32XP and 40XP. The latest hull in their range to be sold is the middle model -32XP-. It also represents the first hull in that particular size to be sold and is reportedly going to a European client. This model is barely over 100-feet (overall 106-feet) but is expected to give you range when you demand it! Think 3,000 nautical range at approximately a constant 12-knots. Push those twin 715 horsepower CATs and the 32XP should be able to respond with a 14-knot top speed...

CRN Announce Sale Of 62-meter Custom Build
Italian builder CRN yachts today announced that they have nabbed a contract for a full-custom 62-meter superyacht. Details surrounding this new build are almost non-existent at this stage whether due to confidentiality agreements or just down to lack of released specifications. The project name is said to be NL303 which might hint at the fact that Nuvolari Lenard are the designers both on the exterior and the interior. This would not be the first time Nuvolari Lenard are working with the Italian yard so it should come through as a fruitful collaboration. Once construction starts it will be known as hull 137 at the yard. From the line rendering we see a sporty but mature design that spreads over four decks above the waterline. The tender garage is up front in the bow and will be sealed off by two garage doors. This perhaps suggests that there is a beach club in the aft lower deck...
