One of the newest models from the Ferretti brand is the Ferretti 860. At 26.2-meters in length it is basically the upgrade from the Ferretti 850 series. The exterior design is by Filippo Salvetti with an interior by Ideaeitalia. She will come with dual MAN V12 powerplants which should run her up to 32-knots and fast cruise at 27-knots...
55.5-meter "Moon Sand" Delivered
German custom superyacht builder has now delivered it's 55.5-meter superyacht "Moon Sand" (formerly Project 13800). It was a quiet handover but we've recently seen the new vessel in London causing a stir. Viking Reveals the Viking 90 Sportfish
Viking is presently working on their latest sportfish yacht the Viking 90SB. This yacht will come in a skybridge configuration as the model name suggest or an EB (Enclosed Bridge) or even a Convertible. While the 90SB isn't the largest the yard has built since there is the 92 Convertible it will be like a flagship status vessel. The CRN yard today announced a new build just as they continue to have their hands full with a number of current projects, as well as new contracts. Abeking & Rasmussen Update
German custom superyacht builder Abeking & Rasmussen (A&R) are updating the industry on what they have going on at their facilities. Notably, their largest yacht, the 118.2-meter Project 6507 is in the latter outfitting stages of build and is set to launch not too long from now with delivery in 2022. The yard has not divulged alot of information regarding this project. French designer Joseph Dirand has penned both the exterior and interior in collaboration with A&R. With the experienced garnered from the installation of the Neptune Lounge aboard the 74.5-meter "Elandess", the feature is expected to be done onboard hull 6507 as well...
