Heesen delivers 50-meter superyacht "Monaco Wolf"
Dutch luxury yacht builder Heesen has delivered the 50-meter superyacht "Monaco Wolf" to her owner. She was delivered in early June to the obvious delight of her owner. She endured a solid sea trial regime and passed with satisfactory results. Owner’s Representative Howard Lowe from Royale Oceanic commented: “During the first day of sea trials we had the chance to test the vessel in moderate weather conditions with wind force 3 / 4 and waves around 1 meter. We met all requirements and the yacht performed well. M/Y Monaco Wolf is now ready to be extensively used and enjoyed during the summer season in the Med.”
Monaco Wolf has been designed by the well-known Omega Architects. One of the special features on the exterior is reverse sheer ‘pelican beak’ bow. On the interior, the design is by Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski who creates sumptuous design concepts...

Bilgin Yachts launch 45M motoryacht "Elada"
Turkey-based builder Bilgin Yachts just launched their latest motoryacht. She is a 45-meter megayacht called "Elada" and looks quite reminiscent of the 40-meter "M" launched back in 2012. In fact she is really a progression of that particular design. The two most striking features on the H2 Yacht Designed exterior are obviously her reverse bow and also reverse sloping bridge windows.
H2 Yacht Design are also responsible for the design of Elada's interior. The accommodation can be for as many as twelve with six cabins onboard. The master suite is not in the traditional position, that is on the aft upper deck and benefits from an external deck. Down on the forward main deck where the master usually is in orthodox, is Elada's VIP-suite. Of course the other four guest cabins are on the lower deck as well as cabins for crew...
Tecnomar launches 40-meter Nadara motoryacht "Low Profile"
The Tecnomar brand in the Admiral Tecnomar Group launched their newest yacht to date. She is from their 40-meter Nadara line and is called "Low Profile". The all-aluminium yacht was launched on Friday and shows off a pristine grey paintjob. The interior is where the action is onboard Low Profile. The accommodation is set up for as many as ten guests.

Heesen launches 47-meter megayacht Project 'Margarita'
Dutch yacht builder Heesen launched one of their 2014 megayachts known under the Project name 'Margarita'. She was hull 16847 and as the ending of the ID suggest, she is a 47-meter megayacht. Even though she is one of Heesen's 499GT 47-meter megayachts she differs slightly from her sisters in styling. If you inspect closely, you will notice the styling for the windows on the Margarita Project vary from those of her sisterships.
Project Margarita, launched in May was built in steel and aluminium with a displacement hull. On the interior, the styling is an elegant contemporary design. There are rich textures and high-end materials like silk, wool and linen fabrics that contrast against the beautiful walnut floors, oak walls and gloss lacquered ceiling...
Lurssen launches 66-meter Project 'Green'; "Ester III"
On the 27th of May 2014 Lürssen launched project Green on a magnificent sunny day! She will now enter the final phase of her construction and her delivery is scheduled for this fall. UK builder Sunseeker has launched its brand new redesigned 86-foot motoryacht. It is a redone version of the existing 86 series however, it has been optimized for displacement speeds and is expected to offer a range of over 1,000 nautical miles at 10-knots -not bad for a 26-meter yacht-.
A closer look at the new 86 will reveal slightly updated exterior styling as well. She has taken on a new bulwark balcony and styled windows. Palmer Johnson secures order for second 48-meter SuperSport motoryacht
American yacht builder Palmer Johnson has secured an order for a second 48-meter SuperSport megayacht. The SuperSport range is a new offering by Palmer Johnson and encompasses yachts from 35-meters, 42-meters, 48-meters and 72-meters.
The American Yard is working with Norwegian Carbon Composite specialists Brodrene AA. in Norway to build the new SuperSport megayachts. The first 48-meter SuperSport was completed in Norway and shipped to the U.S for Palmer Johnson to complete. Now that Palmer Johnson have safely secured the sale of the second hull, expect construction to start soon. They are looking to have the second trimaran hull over in the United States by early next year...
CRN launches 73-meter superyacht "Yalla"
Italian superyacht manufacturer CRN has launched a 73-meter custom-built superyacht called "Yalla". She was built under hull ID CRN132 to a design by Omega Architects. The interior across this 5-deck superyacht is by Droulers Architecture working in close collaboration with CRN's in-house team. Yalla bears a very sleek profile for such a large yacht and her exterior finishes in light colour on alternating dark tone.
Yalla is custom-built and has the ability to sleep as many as twelve guests in six suites. She can sleep as many as twenty-two crew as well. Hatteras GT70 Sportfish Yacht
Hatteras is progressing well with the construction of the Hatteras GT70 sportfish motoryacht. She is a latest model in the GT series and is expected to make a big splash when she debuts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) later this year. "We are making great progress", says Dennis Barker, Hatteras GT Construction Manager. "This week the 2600BHP MTU engines were set for the final finish. We chose to use an upgraded engine on this model, intended for more horsepower and speed, something our customers have been looking for. However, we do have the option to use the standard CAT C-32A 1900 horsepower. Both engines are ideal for covering vast distances- for those weekend trips with the family to the Bahamas or extended fishing tournaments ready to endure any type of seas," he continued...
Benetti launches 47-meter megayacht hull FB503
Italian builder Benetti launches the 47-meter megayacht hull FB503. She is the third hull to be launched in the Imagination series with the first being Imagination, hull 502 called "Panthera" and hull 503, believed to be named "Anastasia K". The design of hull FB503 is by Stefano Natucci and built in all aluminium and is finished in a different colour to her sisters.
One noticable difference is in the angling bulwark on the foredeck of the bow. The others vessels in this model have glass incorporated into them while hull 503 appears to not have this, obviously a feature the owner probably didn't like. Anticipate more information on this Benetti yacht in time to come.

Logica Yachts about to launch first 147-foot motoryacht
Logica Yachts informs that the first 147-foot yacht will launch on May 21st, 2014. Logica Yachts is newly formed and have a yard in Viareggio. Interestingly, this 147-footer started construction with Benetti Sail Division. Many guests can be comfortably accommodated onboard the Logica 147-01, thanks to a stunning six cabin layout. The layout includes a master suite, three VIP-type cabins as well as two guest cabins. On the lower deck there is separate accommodation for a crew of 9 and a sizable crew mess.
The long bow presents the opportunity to have an extra-large 5.5-meter swimming pool located forward of the main deck, with down stream swimming system, fresh and sea water and bespoke whirlpool...
