Do you think the high winds will impact the show very much. Currently have flights and hotel for my wife and I to go for a couple days early in the show.

Wind is your friend at FLIBS. Most of the boats tower above the docks giving attendees a relatively calm experience. It can get hot and stagnate because you’re surrounded by tall objects that block the wind, plus concrete docks that radiate heat.

True. Should be good for sea trials as well.

I doubt any offshore seatrials will be conducted this week with winds out of the NE at 25-30 mph. Seas are expected to be 6-8 feet; better conditions to seatrial a surfboard. ;)

Thursday looks like low 80's, sunny, nice cooling breeze, perfect show day.

We're running sea trials to interested parties. Should be fun today with 6-8's every 7 seconds with 20+ knots of wind on it.

It was definitely a fun sea trial and showed the capabilities of our boat. There were a few companies running sea trials but a few wouldn't venture outside the breakwater.
