  1. Oceanco Yachts

Since its inception 18 years ago, Oceanco continues to build some of the most technically accomplished and distinctive yachts to the highest industry standards. The company’s yacht building facility is located in the Netherlands and its design and sales office is in Monaco. In early 2010, Oceanco acquired an additional 614,000 sq ft (57,000m²) of new land adjacent to its existing facility in order to expand its operations to include covered dry-docks.

Oceanco has a solid name within the superyacht industry as a premium builder of 80-90m superyachts by launching four of the world’s finest luxury yachts: Y701 262.47ft (80m) “AMEVI”, Y702 269.03ft (82m) “ALFA NERO”, both delivered to acclaim in 2007 and both proud award winners, and Y703 247.70ft (75.5m) "ANASTASIA" launched for the 2008 summer season and awarded a few months later. In May 2009, the spectacular Y704 280.14ft (85.47m) “VIBRANT CURIOSITY” with her astonishing amidship atrium, a 23ft (7m) pool and impressive interior volumes designed by Nuvolari & Lenard, was delivered to her owner.

Y705 “Sunrays”, Oceanco’s latest sleek and elegant 85.50m (280.52ft) megayacht, was delivered in March 2010. The late Björn Johansson designed her exterior lines and the interior design is by Terence Disdale. She will soon be followed by the striking 86m (282.15ft) Nuvolari & Lenard designed Y706, scheduled for delivery at the end of this year. The Sam Sorgiovanni designed 87m (285.43ft) Y707 is currently under completion at the yard for delivery in 2011 and the Igor Lobanov 85.50m (280.52ft) Y708, also under construction, is scheduled for a delivery in 2012. Engineering is under way for several more large private luxury yachts.

Oceanco has always stood out for their seaworthiness and quality of construction of yachts, and for the elegance of their finishing and furnishings, which marries old-fashioned craftsmanship with cutting-edge materials to produce accommodations that are both timeless and absolute of the moment. All the characteristics of an Oceanco yacht are adhered to with each new yacht launched, including quality materials, demanding finishing, exceptional attention to details... and an audacious inventiveness at every turn.
