Heesen 55-meter Superyacht "Laurentia" Delivered After an intensive round of seatrials, the 55-meter superyacht "Laurentia" built by Heesen Yachts has been handed over to her owner. The yacht was under construction at Heesen's facilities as Project 'Alida'. The design is by Omega Architects specifically Frank Laupman. She was under construction with no owner and then was sold to her current owner earlier this year (March). Those who remember another Heesen build, "Azamanta", the design of Laurentia will appear familiar but the key difference is her all-white paint-finish. The pronounced shark-tooth feature just aft of the wheelhouse remains. Another difference is the vertical windows on the forward main deck are established on both sides versus vertical windows on the port side and then a mix of horizontal and vertical on the starboard side in the same area on Azamanta.
