    Love this!! It was said by Capt. Dan Krehbiel, the hero captain of a water taxi who saw a runaway barge in Seattle waterfront and diverted his taxi to divert the barge away from the waterfront.

    agreed, above the waterline as long as the bootstripe is painted with antifouling paint that does not bleed which could alter the true depth of the water....:eek::)
