    I would go with stainless steel. I replaced mine with stainless from a shop in Florida. About $1500 for both sides.

    Exhaust elbows

    I have 6V92TI's with J&T cast iron exhaust elbows attached to the turbo exhaust (part#JT1621). Can these be made out of stainless?

    Hot Saltwater and exhaust gas there are very few long term solutions except INCOLOY 826.

    Typically we fabricate the JT replacement mixer elbows out of 316L stainless. If you want to upgrade to Inconel material, that's not a problem. I have the drawings for the 1621 so there is no need for you current elbows to be used as a template. You can send me a PM with your e-mail address for more details.
