    Hi
    I am new here and would like some advise in regards to the Yacht Design School (YDS). I would like to ask if anyone has had experience with them and if it is worth my while doing the cirricullum that they offer. I have no previous experience with Yacht or Boat design, I am a very keen Autodesk Studio Max user and would like to jump into the world of visualization of boats. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome and Happy Holidays. I can't help with your inquiry, but I'm sure that will come shortly. You've hit the right site. In the mean time search the forum. Key in Yacht or boat design and I'm sure you'll be kept busy for quite some time.

    I don't know much about YDS apart from just having read info on their website, however you may want to research the 'Westlawn School of Yacht Design' course, they are highly regarded by Industry particularly with many Alumni working in the US.
