Once again I was lucky to see some of the best yachts in the world this week. We had an awesome oceanview room looking out over Simpson bay so I could see all the comings and goings. Every morning after the bridge opening in Simpson bay I would have a nice parade of yachts heading out.
Le Grand Bleu was anchored most of the week, with Alfa Nero close by.
Kogo also came in for a day. Our favourite beach bar on Simpson bay also offered some great shots. Nothin better than chillin on the beach with a bucket of cold ones and all the nice yachts anchored right off shore.
Went out in my cousins boat a couple times and managed to get close to one of my favs Maridome. Another day we went out and Le Grand Bleu had relocated off Marigot on the french side and not far away Mirabella V was anchored. So hope you enjoy my shots.

Lots of jets coming in with guests for all the yachts.
Had a huge surprise when I saw Al Mirqab go by in the morning,
she is absolutely awesome. I can't recall the name of the
steal looking yacht, different is the word on that one.
Nice night shot from Skip Jacks.

Roman's helicopter was busy all week and his Airbus arrived later in the week.
One last shot out the window on the way home with Utopia making her way into Isle Del Sol

LGB looks like she might need a hull paint job.

I was about to say the same thing, her hull is looking a wreck at the moment.

@ PSDO, The name of the 'steel' looking yacht is "Ocean Emerald". Also a surprise to me to see "Al Mirqab" there. Roman's Airbus?, I'm quite sure his big private 'jet'(pictured) is a 767, making her a Boeing!

...because the heli you pictured operates with "Pelorus". I am quite sure i've seen many pics with it landing or sitting on her bow pad. Pelorus being there might not have anything to do with RA since 'alegedly' the wife got her in the divorce settlement? Let's not talk about that though, keep it to the yachts.

Yea very odd sight, that is just like if we were to see "Al Said" sailing around the Caribbean.

Her design ("Al Mirqab") has grown on me. Initally I did not think that the flattened look atop the bridge looked very pleasing and such a tall mast with a backward sloping funnel seemed unbecoming but all these elements seem to have blended nicely now.

yes that design is something special, but i'd still prefer a design more closely to madsummer or princess marianna. as i just gone through the pictures again, i've seen alfa nero again, also a very nice boat :)

Pelorus and LGB are currently off the coast of St. Barts.
Same goes for other giants such as Limitless and Octopus.

A 'big' party is planned for NYE. :)
