We are in the process of purchasing a 51' (14' beam) blue water gas powered yacht. We need to relocate this boat from Huntingbeach California to Maui. The gas capacity is only 320 gallons supplying twin chev 454 engines. Any ideas on transfering this ship other than a $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 barge transfer?

    Thank You Dawna Cook

    Cali to Maui?

 Alot of 55 gal drums of fuel spread out over the decks of the boat, tied off so that they dont move around. No - Seriously, Did you say Bluewater? Like Bluewater out of Minnesota? I wouldn't chance it with that boat in the open Pacific Ocean. Craziness.....

    Agreed

I once saw a Bluewater in Nassau and figured that Dock Express had a new route to the Bahamas. My 2 cents- There is far too little freeboard and way too many windows to be considered for an open water passage. I think that the designers has a beautiful blue inland lake in mind when they dubbed this yacht brand.
