Wood finisher/carpenter needed

I'm looking for a really good interior wood refinisher/cabinet guy. I have light maple cabinetry in my Hatteras & want to give it the dark cherry look as well as a few cabinet modifications. Maple is a bit tricky to stain correctly but the good guys know all about it. It would be good to find two guys, one specializing in finishes and the other in carpentry but they could help eachother.
The big trick is getting someone who can pack up their tools, drive to CT and spend two or three weeks here.
Knowing that the boat building industry is worse off than the housing industry, I hope to find a couple of really good guys from the carolinas (or points south) who are looking for work. The guys up here all seem to think they know what they are doing (many do) but the guys who have worked for the custom builders of the Outer Banks & even FL are what I'm after.
