Hi there. After a year of living and working in Spain me and my girlfriend are looking for a change in career in the summer. We have done our STCW 95 course and have our Medical done already. We both come from a backgroud of high pressure jobs and a background which we think we could carry over into becoming very useful decky or crew members. With no experience on board we are wondering what would be the best start? Would it be heading to Antibes or Palma and try and search for day work to gain experience? Any tips and advice is very welcome, even on things ive not asked above. Anyway this seems like a great forum to share and help and i hope to hear back from some of you soon Happy sailing everyone.
