   I finally pulled the trigger and am under contract for at 39 CPMY. I called one survey company last night to schedule a survey. Hopefully they get right back to me as I'm anxious to get going.
   
   Does anyone know that boat well? Are there any known deficiencies with that boat /year Carver in general/ that I should be looking for?
   
   Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
