Built for just the arena of the Red Sea events going on now, None are there, None are on the way. The U S Littoral Combat Ship continues to be just a floater and still stinks. This is long but helps explain some of the LCS original designs and history.
We better hope the ones China is building are of the same quality as so much of the junk they sell us.
Having been involved intimately in the design and construction of one of the variants back in the day, I'd say his summary of the project is generally quite accurate. There are numerous small mistakes and inconsistencies (and his spelling is atrocious) but overall well worth watching to better understand USN boondoggles and congressional pork barrelled politics.
